Dear Parents,
As we begin to embark upon what is to be the very best academic school year 2015-2016, I'm deeply honored to be your child's new 5th Grade Language Arts and Virginia Studies Teacher in room 201! We have been preparing for all the many new challenges to come this year. Your child will be bringing home a colorful folder with valuable information regarding 5th Grade, polices, procedures, lunch forms, emergency cards, book contracts, etc. for Nottoway Elementary and Southampton County Public Schools. Please take the time to review all information with your child and return all forms requested before September 20, 2015.
Again, it is a privilege to be your child's 5th Grade Teacher and to welcome each new student "Back to School" here at Nottoway Elementary School. It is my goal that we all be a "Beacon of Light" as we "Plant the Seeds of Knowledge" working together cooperatively for the academic success of your child.
