Mr. Kea is a 2009 graduate of Isle of Wight Academy. After high school, he attended the University of Virginia and graduated in 2013 with a B.A. in Biology. Mr. Kea also graduated in 2021 from Averette University with a M.E.d. in Administration and Supervision. He is also continuing his education and pursing an Ed.D. at Liberty University. Mr. Kea began his journey in education in 2013, teaching middle school math and high school science at Tidewater Academy. In 2017, he began his journey in public education, teaching math and science at Southampton High School. He currently holds a Virginia license in Biology, Algebra I, and Administration and Supervision. During his time at Southampton High school he also coached varsity and junior varsity baseball. In 2023, Mr. Kea was appointed to be a Co-Principal at Riverdale Elementary School.
