Writing (Language Arts 8 and Creative Writing 7 & 8):
This year we will use various graphic organizers and methods of writing to enhance the writing skills of each student. They include, but are not limited to the following:

Reading (Language Arts 8):
This year we will concentrate on various works of fiction and nonfiction enhance the students knowledge of items such as but not limited to the following:
Context clues
Main idea
Figures of Speach
Inference/Drawing Conclusions
Supplies
3-ring binder (2 inches but 1 1/2 inches will suffice)
6 to 10 dividers
Pencils
Ink pens (navy blue or black and red for editing)
Loose-leaf paper
Highlighter
Flash drive
